Overnight on August 16th, we are planning to conduct a significant upgrade to our core infrastructure that may necessitate taking certain customer-facing systems offline, including our business and personal online banking applications and all of their associated payment solutions. This may also temporarily result in lower Mastercard debit card limits as we implement new connectivity with Mastercard. We have scheduled this activity to minimize customer impact and we will work to minimize the direct impact on our customers.
